Deconstructing Faith is for people who were handed a version of Christianity that stopped working and aren't sure what, if anything, comes next. Maybe you left. Maybe you're still in the pew with your arms crossed. Maybe you're the pastor, and you're the one quietly falling apart. Nothing is wrong with you.

You'll find conversations about doubt, religious trauma, biblical literalism, purity culture, queer faith, and what it means to read scripture once you stop treating it as a rulebook. There's also a recurring series on Christianity and the body, exploring what yoga, tantra, and reiki can teach a tradition that's spent centuries treating the body as a problem to manage.

Nobody here is trying to drag you back to church. If you go back, great. If you don't, also great. The goal is honesty, and maybe some peace.
